I’m Shimunia - a contemporary embroidery artist and the creator of Embroidery Impressionism. For over a decade I’ve been painting with threads, exploring how color, texture, and light can express emotion. My works blur the line between painting and embroidery, transforming fabric into a living landscape of feelings and dreams. I invented my own technique - “fluffy clouds” - and built a distinctive visual language that captures the fleeting beauty of nature. Each piece is filled with its quiet energy - calm, warmth, and life. My art is about healing through color and reconnecting with the natural world.
